AURORA and PERLA MODELS
The Aurora Model homes was a super successful larger sized model home at the Villas and these have been built in the Front Row of The Villas enjoying unobstructed Golf and Ocean Views. However, we are sold out of the lots that will hold this larger sized model home. As well, one of the home owners in Rancho San Lucas is a custom home builder form the USA and owns two homes inside of Rancho San Luas. This wonderful couple did a redesign of the Aurora Villa and turned it into what is called the PERLA VILLA. The Perla model home has these differences compared to the Aurora: direct entry into the 2 car garage. no need to turn 90 degrees to park. This redesign of the garage creates a courtyard for entry into the villa, which is a wonderful feel of the high end luxury homes in the area. As well, the back of the Perla Villa enjoys a larger view with more sliding glass doors compared to the Aurora. As well, the Perla has an optional Casita on the second level above the garage - this is not mandatory. However, the Casita on the Perla as opposed to the Aurora - has the view oriented towards the Ocean - which is ideal for your friends and family staying in this very private space.
